Cancel Or Allow?

Okay, so I was watching T.V. last night and one of those Mac commercials came on. In this one the PC guy had this man standing behind him who sort of looks like an "Agent" from the Matrix movies, and he is repeating everything the Mac says, and at the end he says... "Cancel or Allow" That statement got me to thinking about all the things in my life that would garner the question... Cancel or Allow....let's see shall we:

Statement: New job owner wants to make you work weekends all the time. Cancel or Allow?

Cancel!

Hell to the No! I refuse to work on a Sunday. That is my day of Worship. Not gonna happen! Notice to Mr. Samad...NOT GONNA HAPPEN!

Statement: Management wants to make me lead front desk support and delegate 2 fellow staff members work load. Cancel or Allow?

Cancel!

There ain't no way I am going to be responsible for any body's work but my own. Shoo ks, I am hard on my own self, and my work ethic is off the charts. So I know if one of these lazy broads gets out of line...I am going to loose my dang job!

Statement: Family is going to the Dells for Oldest nephews bday. You need to buy groceries for the trip. Cancel or Allow?

Allow!

I love my Nephews! So anything I can do to help is alright with me....bring on the fun. who's got the chips! Oh I do...tee He:)

Statement: The Children's Dept has no money to buy costumes for the Easter play in April. Parents want to know if you are going to buy them. Cancel or Allow?

Cancel!

It is high time for those lazy behind parents of mine (not all of them) to show some initiative and get involved with the program! I can't be expected to teach their children and buy the clothes too!

Statement: Jesus wants FULL CONTROL of your life. Cancel or Allow?

Allow!

Joshua 24:15 "But if serving the LORD seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD." Now that's it and that's all!

Statement: You are about to close on your HOUSE and your Mother wishes to move in with you. Cancel or Allow?

Allow!

I will walk through flames for my Mother.....However, I need her to understand that I am an adult not a child, and this is my house, so please don't think you can come in and treat me like one. I already have to deal with you treating me like a child any other time, so I will not allow it in my home. Now I love you, but enough is enough!

Statement: You are still stuck in "Anger" from your past heartaches. And you do realize that is a form of control he still has over you...are you going to continue to let that ish happen? Cancel or Allow?
