I have such fabulous news and I can't wait to share it with you...but first I must take you back a little bit so that you will get the bigger picture. First off when ever I needed a ride for church or whatever the case was, (because where I worked at the time of my very blog was about 50 steps from where I live.) somehow, folks would always forget to come and get me or worst yet drive off and leave me. When my Mother got her car, which I helped her get...she was really stingy with it. But hey I am a city girl and walking, taking the train or subway was no big deal to me. Well anyway, it was like pulling teeth trying to get people to drive your girl around, not that I'm spoiled or anything....well maybe I am just a little bit. *wink* Then later on when I got this wonderful new position out here in South Holland IL, w...

Okay so I get this phone call from my girlfriend used to watch my pug Funky for me when I first got her from my ex on that cold rainy night in November, and yet she still found herself watching him now that the new career has me working later then I care too. Well at first when I began to ask about how my lil Funky was, it seemed as though she wanted to tell me something but didn't quite know how to if you know what I mean. So we began to talk about something else. We talked about how she and her new friend were doing fine and that she thinks he might be the one. I was so happy to hear that, she needed some one to love. Anyway by the time we had chatted up about new friends, church, school and work it was wayyy past my bed time and I needs my 8 hours, or I am simply no good the next day. So I ended the call by telling her I would come by there on Saturday evening and pick up Funky so we could spend some quality time...you see I work crazy hours and I wouldn't dare dream of leav...

1. Friday.... Apartment was robbed! I am sure it was someone in my aparment building. Those lousy, lazy, good for nothing, in need of much prayer thieves! 2. Police didn't show up until 4 hours later! 3. Landscum tried to de-face my character, but my lawyer friend got him right together. Stupid Landscum! 4. Saturday... Spent most of the day washing what was left of my clothes! *steam spouting from my head like lava* 5. Finished cleaning the rest of my house...I was so mentally drained. 6. Sunday... Teacher's training class and then to church. While in class I got my break through from the whole robbery sitch. 7. Began to praise the Lord and while doing so I was blessed with 250.00 dollars! Okay so I had a very interesting outing with one of my girlfriends the other night (prior to the break in). We were extremely bored and decided to go out...no place in particular just hanging out. Normally I wouldn't go anywhere with this girl by myself, but again I say I was bored and I had to get out of the house. You see (A) (that's what we will call her for now) is a real wild child. She is one of those women that never grew out of her old ways as she became progressivly older. (A) is a 38 year old Medical Receptionist with a fowl mouth that says anything and lays with anything walking and doesn't feel any shame about it either. Hey, if she loves it, I like it okay. I remember the first day I met her it was at a Bulls game and she was trying to ditch the guy she was with for a guy who had floor seats. *My job Computer hates me....no pic today either* Okay so I work for an MRI facility that happens to have Radiologists who read for the Chicago White Sox ...can you say FABULOUS! So my manager had some extra tix for Sunday's Sox game and she raffled them off at work. Well not knowing what I was reaching my hand in the Pale Blue Tiffany's bag for I pull out 2 tix for the Sox game and Patio party where you can watch the players warm up and what not. I was very excited when I was told what I had won...I mean it was the World Champion White Sox and I would have a chance to meet and possibly greet some of the players...one J.Crede in particular. I think that is one of the finest (regular Joe) looking white men I have ever laid eyes on. And talk about sexy!!!! That he is and then some. Anyway I won and one of my co workers won a tix as well.
